The Architecture
Understated outside, open within.
From the road, the cafe looks understated. Step inside and the room opens up — high arches, soft natural light, and enough space to breathe between tables. We designed it that way on purpose: a doorway worth stepping through.
Wabi–Sabi
Beauty in the imperfect, the impermanent, the simple.
We took our cues from wabi–sabi — the Japanese idea that imperfect, weathered and simple things hold a beauty of their own. Inside, you’ll find neutral tones, raw textures and curved lines that lean into that feeling without overstating it.

Arched openings, French windows, thatched roofs.
Arched openings, wooden French windows and a thatched roof out front — the building has a few signatures we’re fond of. Together they make the cafe feel like a step away from the traffic outside, even though Janatha Junction is right there.
The Kitchen
Continental cooking, made from scratch.
The kitchen runs on fresh produce and a few rules we don’t break — sauces that simmer for hours, dough rested overnight, plating that gets a second look before it leaves the pass.
It’s a continental menu with global influences, cooked here in Kochi by people who care how it lands on your plate.
The Cup
Single estate beans, brewed by hand.
Our beans come from single estates we trust, roasted to suit each origin. We dial in every espresso shot and balance every milk pour. The beans do most of the talking.
Whether you order a morning cortado or an afternoon pour over, every cup is made by hand at the bar. Take your time with it.
